Our Story
Elite Business Coaching was founded in 2010 in Mumbai by Rajiv Mehta, a former executive at one of India's leading conglomerates who recognized a critical gap in the Indian business ecosystem. Despite the country's rapid economic growth, businesses across India lacked access to world-class coaching tailored to the unique challenges of the Indian market.
In the early years, our team of just three coaches worked primarily with small to medium businesses in Mumbai and Delhi. As word spread about our results-focused approach and deep understanding of local market dynamics, we gradually expanded our presence across major business centers in India.
A pivotal moment in our journey came in 2014 when we developed our proprietary "Indiapreneur Framework" – a coaching methodology specifically designed for the Indian business context that combines international best practices with local insights. This innovation positioned us as pioneers in the business coaching industry in India.
By 2018, we had established offices in five major cities and expanded our team to include specialists in various industries and business functions. Today, Elite Business Coaching stands as India's premier coaching firm with a team of over 30 expert coaches serving clients ranging from ambitious startups to established corporations across the country.

Founder & CEO
With over 25 years of experience in corporate leadership roles across major Indian conglomerates, Rajiv brings unparalleled insight into the challenges faced by businesses in India. His coaching approach combines strategic vision with practical implementation, helping executives navigate complex business landscapes. Rajiv holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and is a certified executive coach from the International Coaching Federation.
Priya Sharma
Chief Coaching Officer
Priya leads the development of our coaching methodologies and ensures consistent excellence across all our programs. Before joining Elite, she led organizational development for a multinational technology company in India, overseeing leadership development for over 5,000 employees. Priya specializes in transformation coaching for senior executives and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University alongside multiple coaching certifications.
Vikram Acharya
Head of Strategy
Vikram brings a unique blend of management consulting and entrepreneurial experience to our coaching team. After seven years at a leading global consulting firm where he specialized in growth strategies for emerging markets, Vikram founded and successfully scaled a tech startup before joining Elite. His coaching focuses on helping businesses identify strategic opportunities and build scalable operations. He holds an MS in Business Analytics from London Business School.
Ananya Patel
Director of Innovation
Ananya leads our digital transformation and innovation coaching practices, helping traditional Indian businesses navigate technological disruption. Before joining Elite, she worked in Silicon Valley for a decade, holding leadership positions at several technology companies and advising startups.
